High quality meats, skillfully prepared has always been the central focus of John Lawson Butchers & Delicatessen.

All of our beef is matured on the bone for a minimum of 28 days to ensure maximum tenderness and flavour.


Our team of expert butchers are trained to the highest level to guarantee all our cuts are up to our award winning standards.

Our butchers prepare all our meat products by hand using traditional methods. Everything from sausages and burgers to haggis and black pudding is prepared on the premises using our own recipes passed down and developed over the years.
